Thomas Brennan, 77, of McAdoo, was cited by McAdoo police for trespassing after an incident at 8:47 p.m. April 13 at Fegley’s Mart on South Kennedy Drive in the borough.

Police said Brennan is not allowed on the property due to a past incident there and was observed on video surveillance resulting in him being cited.
