Northbound traffic on Route 309, Claremont Avenue, in Hometown was diverted for a time starting Thursday at 10 a.m. when a northbound Western Express tractor-trailer with Tennessee license plates snagged utility lines. The driver said he became lost and was attempting to turn around in the vicinity of Hometown Village Square. Responding were Rush Township police and Hometown fire police. DONALD R.
