One person was injured Wednesday morning in a crash in Rush Township. The crash occurred about 11 a.m. near the entrance to the Tuscarora State Park. It appeared the car was traveling east on Tuscarora Park Road when the driver lost control, went off the road, and hit a large tree. The Rush Township fire company responded to the scene helping to extricate the victim. Hometown fire police maintained traffic control at the scene shutting down the roadway at Route 309.
