West Penn Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Ratified the board’s decision to declare an emergency of disaster during the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Awarded a quote in the amount of $16,154 from Chemung for pipes for this year’s road projects.

• Lehigh Engineering, the township’s engineering firm, announced that Embrovac has satisfied the conditions for its plans after supervisors last month conditionally approved their plans contingent of all comments being satisfied.
