Peter S. Barna, 42, of Kunkletown, was cited by state police at Stroudsburg for failure to yield after a crash at 4:35 p.m. April 6 on the on-ramp to Route 33 in Stroud Township.

Police said he was driving a 1997 Subaru Legacy when he failed to stop/slow down for a 2018 Ford Edge that was in front of him and was yielding to merging traffic at the time, causing the rear-end crash. The Edge was driven by Doreen M. Drescher, 62, of Hellertown.

No one was injured.
