State police at Frackville reported on two crashes investigated by troopers recently on Schuylkill County roadways.

• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:35 p.m. on April 3 along Moss Glen Road in Schuylkill Township. Troopers said Dalilah D. Trygar, 25, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Impala northbound and negotiating a right hand curve when she lost control. The vehicle went across the southbound lane and onto the berm where it hit a tree. No injuries were reported and the vehicle had to be towed.

Trygar was cited for driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and traffic violations.

• A one-vehicle crash was reported at 7 a.m. on April 2 along Interstate 81 in Mahanoy Township. Troopers said Mark W. Fredette, 59, of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer southbound when the vehicle left the road on the left side, struck an embankment area, traveled up a large boulder, and rolled over, ending up back on the road facing northbound.

Fredette and his passenger, Jan C. Lawton, 57, of Enfield, Connecticut, sustained suspected minor injuries and were taken to the Lehigh Valley Hospital East, Pottsville, by Ryan Township ambulance. The vehicle had to be towed.

Fredette was cited for the crash.
