State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned at 6:47 p.m. Monday to investigate a missing-person report.

Police said they were called to the 300 block of Berger Creek Road, East Penn Township, where a report of a 16-year-old runaway/missing person was received. Police did not release any other information about the case.
