State police at Lehighton reported investigating the following incidents:

• Troopers said a 60-year-old man from Bowmanstown, Carbon County, reported his unlocked vehicle was entered while parked along Ore Street and two trim tools valued at $50 were taken. The incident occurred sometime between March 21-24.

• Several tools were stolen out of different vehicles along Alton Road in Towamensing Township, Carbon County. The vehicles were parked in a driveway. The theft occurred on March 27.

• A 24-year-old woman from Kunkletown, Polk Township, Monroe County, reported someone opened a checking account in her name without her permission. The incident occurred sometime between March 23 and 28.
