A Monroe County man is facing charges after he led police on a high-speed chase with his daughter not properly secured, and crashed his truck.

State police at Lehighton said the incident began at 2:18 p.m. on Wednesday along Silver Spring Boulevard in Eldred Township.

He was arraigned on the charges and committed to the county prison in Snydersville. He has since been released from the prison.
