Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Neglect of animal: Peter Foder, 62, Palmerton, was charged for an incident on March 8 in the 300 block of Lehigh Avenue.

Burglary: Jared Behler, 19, Palmerton, was charged with burglary; criminal trespass; theft by unlawful taking; receiving stolen property; theft by deception; and defiant trespass, for an incident that occurred between June and July in the 1400 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Criminal mischief: James Cavanaugh, 32, Slatington, was charged with theft and criminal mischief, for an incident March 3 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI: Martin Bishop, 53, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI; driving under suspension; expired inspection; and careless driving, for an incident Jan. 13 at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.

Underage drinking: Danielle Serfass, 19, Palmerton, and Craig Choynowski, 19, Effort, were charged with underage drinking. Choynowski was also charged with criminal mischief, for an incident Feb. 16 in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for speeding, two for vehicle violations and one for traffic violation.
