Credit defaults

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts.

Capital One Bank, Glen Allen, Virginia, filed the following actions: Victoria A. Ahner, 300 S. Ninth St., Lehighton, seeking $2,874; and Barbara Rodriquez, 350 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, seeking $2,694.01.

Midland Funding, Philadelphia, filed the following actions: Michele Bubar, 91 Center Ave., Jim Thorpe, seeking $2,354.21; Robert Donner, 199 Creekside Manor Drive, Lehighton, seeking $1,161.58; and Stephanie Hontz, 6 Beech Drive, Jim Thorpe, seeking $584.

LVNV Funding, Greenville, South Carolina, filed an action against Melanie Irizarry, 455 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, seeking $629.56.

Mortgage foreclosures

The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans.

Pennymac Loan Services, c/o 3043 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village, California, filed an action against David E. Furry and Theresa L. Schaffer, 8 Tree Loft Circle, Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $130,656.57 and continuing interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, c/o 3476 Stateview Blvd., Fort Mill, South Carolina, filed an action against Barton L. Fritzinger Jr. and Sandra Moyer, 46 S. Walnut St., Lansford, over property at that address. Sought is $98,338.60 and continuing interest.

Loan default

Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, 1500 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, filed an action against Gerald F. Digilio, 320 Wild Creek Rd., Jim Thorpe, alleging he defaulted on a motor vehicle contract (loan). Sought is possession of a 2007 Subaru Impreza, described in detail in the suit, or a judgment of $7,893.46 plus interest, costs and fees.
