A Pottsville man arrested by Rush Township Police will serve time in state prison, in a decision by Judge William E. Baldwin on March 2.
Jonathan M. Pauly
, 25, was arrested March 6, 2019, on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, retail theft and resisting arrest. He will serve six to 12 months.
A Weatherly woman’s probation was revoked, in a decision by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin on March 3.
Brittney Lee Wilcox
, 29, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven on Aug. 4, 2017, on charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She is resentenced to serve three to 12 months in county prison, with credit for 40 days served.
Parole was revoked for a Harleysville man arrested by Tamaqua police Jan. 9, 2018, in a decision by Judge Charles Miller on March 3.
James T. Faust
, 32, was arrested on multiple motor vehicle violations. He was recommitted to county prison to serve his original sentence, giving him a new max date of Feb. 11, 2021.
