Danielle DeCindio, daughter of Linda and Daniel DeCindio of Tuscarora, graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree.

Her concentration was accounting, and she graduated summa cum laude and earned a 4.0 grade-point average.

While attending Kutztown, DeCindio was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society, Tau Sigma National Honor Society and Accounting Club. In addition, she worked as a business office and accounting intern at the Kutztown University Foundation.

DeCindio also has her associate degree in general studies from Lehigh Carbon Community College. She is a 2015 graduate from Tamaqua Ara High School, and she was in the top 10 of her class, while also competing on the swim team for four years. As a swimmer, she earned her 1,000th point during her senior year.

DeCindio is a member of the Tuscarora Fire Company and a member of the Post 144 Ladies Auxiliary of Middleport. DeCindio plans to work as a full-time staff accountant at a private company.
