State police at Lehighton reported on arrests made by troopers.

• At 6:03 p.m. Dec. 3 troopers responded to a residence along Canal Street in Franklin Township for a disturbance.

During the investigation, Arthur Billings, 33, of Lehighton, continued to scream and cause a scene outside the residence, disturbing the neighbors and the landlord. He was cited for disorderly conduct.

• On Dec. 5 at 6:25 p.m. a complaint was made by two neighbors along Getz Dawl Road in Eldred Township, where an altercation occurred. As a result, Dean Parasconda, 57, of Kresgeville, and Joe Chou, 59, of Palmerton, were cited for harassment.
