Andreas VFW

Andreas VFW Post 5069 will host a Veterans Day breakfast for its members and one guest at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Happy’s Restaurant, in Andreas.

The regular monthly meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 13 at the West Penn Annex. Discussion of next years Wounded Warriors fundraising events is on the agenda.

Zion Lewistown

Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. service this Sunday in Zion Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday school classes will meet at 9:15 a.m.

Activities for the week include: Nov. 12 fundraising committee at 6:30 p.m., preschool board meeting at 7:30 p.m.; Preschool Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 13; OWLS meeting Nov. 14 at 11 a.m., Consistory at 6:30 p.m.

Primitive Methodist

Pastor Rick Clemson will officiate at the 10:45 a.m. worship service this Sunday in American Primitive Methodist Church. Veterans will be honored. Sunday school classes are held at 9:30 a.m.

Trustee board meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 13. Every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Hope in the Mountains, a Nar-Anon Family Group, meets at 57 Hunter St. If you have questions or are interested in attending these meetings, contact Mark at 570-952-5098.
