A man who allegedly robbed the One Stop convenience store on Route 309 Sept. 17 has been arrested by Rush Township police.

Daniel Yurchak, 34, Summit Hill, was arrested Monday and charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He was arraigned by MDJ Stephen Bayer, where bail was set at $10,000.00 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 19.
