John Griffiths records two touchdowns, reaching the end zone on a 17-yard run and also on an 86-yard kickoff return. The Tigers, coached by Bob Mitchell, receive a 15-yard interception return for a score, while John Galdieri adds a 1-yard TD run. Griffiths ends with 63 yards rushing to lead the winners. The Blue Bombers’ only score comes on a 17-yard TD pass from Chris Lucykanish to Ryan Connell.
