Mark Sverchek is the right choice for the next controller of Carbon County. He has the right education with his MBA in finance from DeSales University as well as a management degree from Bloomsburg University. Along with numerous additional courses in banking and insurance, he is well-founded. He is also licensed in both insurance and real estate.

Mark has put this education to good use through his work in various community organizations, many as chairman or president of the boards of directors. In addition to managing his own insurance and financial services agency for nearly 20 years, he has also worked in the Carbon County Treasurer’s office, serving at one point as acting treasurer.
