Bethlehem Liberty pulled off a sweep of the eastern Pennsylvania Conference Cross Country Championships on Tuesday at DeSales University.
In the boys race, Cole Frank of Liberty finished first in a time of 16:08. Frank was more than 10 seconds better than second-place finisher Marco Cardone of Easton.
The top Pleasant Valley runner was Evan Fisher-Perez, who finished in 37th place with a time of 18:04.9.
In the girls race, the Hurricanes’ Emily Jones placed first with a time of 19:14.7
Jones dominated the field, beating second-place finisher Ciara Conboy of Stroudsburg by nearly 25 seconds.
Pleasant Valley’s top runner was Lily Mingora, who finished in 55th place with a time of 22:29.
