Shades of autumn begin to appear in this recent image of Trexler Bridge in Albany Township near Kempton. The historic, pre-Civil War stone arch bridge is 100-foot-long and was built to cross Ontelaunee Creek in 1841, connecting Route 143 to Trexler Village. After a $1.1M restoration in 2017, the one-lane bridge is still in use today. DONALD R. SERFASS/SPECIAL TO THE TIMES NEWS
