Allison Slakoper, left, of Lansford and Andrew Surotchak of Coaldale were crowned homecoming queen and king on Friday at Panther Valley High School, prior to the football game between the Panthers and Marian Catholic. They were crowned by last year’s homecoming queen, Hailey Henninger. Slakoper is the daughter of Joseph and Lisa Slakoper.
