October 2, 1987 — Lehighton scores on offense, defense and special teams in rolling to a 58-7 Centennial League victory over Pleasant Valley. Clayton “Skimmer” Andrews reaches the end zone twice in the first quarter, once on a 41-yard run and again on a 77-yard screen pass from Kyle Hough. Dwayne Fisher also scores twice, taking the tail end of hook-and-lateral for one TD and racing 86 yards to the end zone on the second-half kickoff for the other. The Indians, coached by Dave Parsons, receive two interception returns for touchdowns — a 38-yarder from Dan Buck and a 37-yarder from Troy Hartman. Kevin Tracey adds a 53-yard TD run.
