A male driver escaped serious injury this afternoon when involved in a crash in Penn Forest Township.
The crash occurred about 11:30 a.m. just east of the Penn Forest fire station 22. The driver was traveling east when he lost control crossing the roadway entering the westbound berm, hitting several trees.
The impact swung the unit around coming to rest facing northwest along the westbound berm.
The victim was treated and evaluated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics refusing further medical attention. State police are investigating the incident.
