The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of Sept. 23-27 is as follows:

Monday: Fiesta pork chop, oven potatoes, chuckwagon corn, fruit salad or Italian sandwich

Tuesday: Cream of broccoli soup, open hot beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, rice pudding or Greek salad with chicken

Wednesday: Roast turkey, smashed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread pudding or Reuben sandwich

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, cottage cheese with berries or spinach bacon salad

Friday: Chicken leg, roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, melon or turkey wrap

The Panther Valley Senior Center has announced upcoming events for Sept. 23 to Oct. 4.

Ping Pong on Sept. 23 at 11 a.m.; Wind Creek Casino on Sept. 24 leaving at 10 a.m.; Wii Bowling on Sept. 25 at 10 a.m.; Talent Show on Sept. 26 at 10:30; Bingo on Sept. 27 at 10:45 a.m.

Nickel-Keeno on Sept. 30 at 11 a.m.; New Voting Procedure Demo on Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m.; Yahtzee on Oct. 2 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on Oct. 3 at 10:45; Scattergories on Oct. 4 at 11 a.m.

Preregister for flu shots to be given on Oct. 11 from 10 a.m.-noon.

Golden agers

The Panther Valley Golden Agers will hold an indoor picnic at 1 p.m. on Monday at St. John’s Slovak Lutheran Church Social Hall.

Doors will open at noon for members planning to play Tricky Tray, which will begin at 12:30.
