August 23, 2006 — Evan Couchman turns in a round two strokes under par and Pleasant Valley dominates East Stroudsburg North, 18-0, in Mountain Valley Conference golf action. Couchman shoots a 69 on the par-71 Indian Mountain course to win his match, 3-0. The Bears, coached by Steve Krechel, also receive five other 3-0 decisions in their match play event. Those individual victories come from Ryan Bogart, Dan Kraeutler, Mark Ubbens, Austin Colon and Jared Kreger.
