Robert C. Brode Jr.

, 36, New Ringgold, was sentence to three to 23 months in Schuylkill County Prison, in a decision by Judge John Domalakes July 31. Brode was arrested by West Penn Township officer John Kaczmarczyk on Jan. 14 on charges of flight to avoid apprehension and possessing an instrument of crime. After release, Brode will be on probation for three years.

Pedro Crespo,

24, Hazleton, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in county prison, in a decision by Judge Domalakes July 31. Crespo was arrested on DUI charges by Rush Township Police in 2015. He must pay associated fines and costs totaling $2,052, undergo a 12-month license suspension, attend alcohol highway safety school, participate in outpatient treatment and serve 10 hours community service.

Michael Mabry Jr.

, 24, Tamaqua, was sentenced to time served to six months in county prison, in a decision by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin on Aug. 1. He was arrested by St. Clair Police in 2017 on DUI and careless driving charges. Mabry must pay fines and costs totaling $997, undergo a 12-month license suspension, attend alcohol highway safety school and serve 10 hours community service.

John C. Paulino

, 32, Hazleton, was sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison, in a decision by President Judge William E. Baldwin on Aug. 2. Paulino was arrested by Rush Township officer Mike Weaver on Oct. 14, 2018, on a retail theft charge. Paulino must serve 10 hours community service.
