Franklin Township picked up two victories recently in Panther Valley’s 11-12-year-old Little League Tournament.

FT-Tri County

Franklin Township cruised past Tri County 14-0 in four innings in the Panther Valley 11-12-year-old Little League Tournament.

Aiden Albert, Jayse Lawrence, Mike Gelatko, and Elliot Ahner combined to strike out 10 batters on the mound, while allowing only one hit.

John Light had three hits for Franklin, while Keyden Ahner added a pair. Gelatko, Albert, Dylan Greene, Jake Lewis, and Aiden Solt each added a hit for the winners.

Franklin will face Jim Thorpe on Thursday.

FT-Tamaqua White

Franklin Township rolled to a 13-2 win over Tamaqua White in four innings.

Elliot Ahner, Aidan Albert and Keyden Ahner combined to pitch a no-hitter for Franklin.

John Light, Keyden Ahner, Mike Gelatko, Dylan Greene, Aidan Albert, Cole Dietz, Jayse Lawrence, Jake Lewis, and Aiden Solt each had a hit for the winners.
