Primitive Methodist

Pastor Rick Clemson will officiate at the 10:45 a.m. worship service this Sunday in American Primitive Methodist Church. Sunday school classes are held at 9:30 a.m.

Calvary Lewistown

Pastor Susan Moore will officiate at the 10:25 a.m. this Sunday at Lewistown Valley Tabernacle. Sunday school will be held at 9:15 a.m. Evening service of praise and sharing with Pastor Susan at 6:30 p.m. and “pie night” will be presented in the pavilion after the evening service.

Rush-Ryan seniors

The Rush-Ryan-Delano Senior Citizens met July 9 at the Ryan Township Fire Company with 46 members in attendance. President Robert Neifert conducted the business session after opening the meeting with the invocation “That is what I know.” New member Bonnie Kotchmar and returning members Betty Bablo and Neal Flexer were given warm welcomes.

Next meeting is the annual summer picnic at St. Peter’s grove, Locust Valley, beginning at noon on July 23. This year’s Christmas party is scheduled for Dec. 10 at Capriotti’s in McAdoo.

The group meets the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at the Ryan Township Fire Company in Barnesville and is open to anyone 55 or older.
