State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident causing damage to a property.

Troopers said a resident of Dinkey Road in East Penn Township, Carbon County, reported someone drove a vehicle through his soybean field tearing up his crops. There are no trespassing signs posted, troopers added. The incident was reported at 4:21 p.m. June 27.
