Pleasant Valley’s Jake Percey recently earned the “Robert W. Stimmel Award” as the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference Athletic Director of the Year. Percey received the award as part of the Mountain Valley Conference in 2007, and again in 2012.

Percey was identified among his peers for commitment to athletic programs.

Percey received his award at the district’s athletic director’s meeting May 3 at Coca Cola Park, where he threw out the first pitch prior to the game.

After four years as Pleasant Valley’s assistant athletic director, and 14 years in charge of the school’s athletic department, Percey is headed back to the classroom following this year due to administrative changes.
