A Carbon County jury has cleared two state troopers of charges that they used a Jim Thorpe woman’s Facebook account without her permission.

The verdict was returned Friday night in the case against Anthony Kingsley and Erin Cawley. Kingsley was having an affair with the victim and when they broke it off, he and his now wife Cawley were accused of using the victim’s messenger account.

The trial began Tuesday and wrapped up Friday afternoon.
