Carbon County is dealing with its second spill in as many days. Today it is a spill along Industrial Drive. Apparently a tractor trailer lost what appears to be diesel fuel along the roadway. The spill leads into the lot of the Carbon County Economic Development Corporation Building No. 1. Responding was the Nesquehoning fire company and Carbon County Emergency Management. The Nesquehoning police are investigating the incident.

Monday a spill was reported in Franklin Township at Fairyland and Market roads.
