Schillinger presents at regional conference

Four student learning assistants from East Stroudsburg University recently attended and made a presentation at the College Reading and Learning Association of Pennsylvania and New Jersey Conference in Bethlehem.

ESU students Jonathon Schillinger, a senior philosophy and chemistry major from Effort, Jasmine Aldras, a senior medical technology major from East Stroudsburg, Everett Cooke, a junior biological sciences major from Hatboro and Haley Zuchowski, a junior majoring in social work from Wellsboro, collaborated on a presentation titled “The Most Effective Facilitation Techniques and Learning Strategies for the Sciences.” The session focused on the learning strategies and facilitation techniques that can be used in high-fail rate courses.
