Carbon County court – ARD

Three defendants in pending criminal cases were placed in Carbon County’s Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program for first-time offenders on Thursday by Judge Steven R. Serfass.

If a person successfully completes all conditions of the program, their record is wiped clean. However, if they fail to complete it, or are revoked from it, then they would face trial on all pending charges. A person does not admit guilt in entering the program.

Janet Lee Marsolick

, 60, of Lehighton, was placed for a year on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was arrested on Oct. 4, 2017, in the 200 block of Carbon Street by Lehighton police.
