State police at Frackville said a traffic stop for an expired inspection sticker led them to arrest two people.

A 2009 Toyocar van and trailer were stopped at Raven Run and Village roads in West Mahanoy Township. Police said the driver, a 33-year-old woman from Tamaqua, was under the influence of drugs, resulting in a DUI arrest.

Police said the male passenger, a 34-year-old man from Shenandoah, has a warrant for his arrest from the Schuylkill County Domestic Relations Office. He was taken into custody.
