Panther Valley Athletic Director Kristin Black was presented an award for her accomplishments in teaching the human kinetics courses (coaching principles and sport first aid) required for all school district coaches throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Black has taught these courses to more than 750 coaches over the last two years and was one of the first two teachers to be certified in the Schuylkill League. Black received the award at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Directors Association (PSADA) annual banquet at the Hersehy Lodge and Convention Center.
