A Weatherly woman is facing charges following an incident in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said troopers were dispatched to the Turkey Hill in Hazle Township, at 3:20 p.m. Sunday for a domestic dispute in progress.

On scene officers found Jocelyn Tiglio, 24, under the influence of a controlled substance while caring for her 6-year-old daughter. She was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Troopers said she was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.

She was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Wilkes-Barre after failing to post $5,000 bail.
