Two people are facing charges after the Carbon County Drug Task Force found drugs at their Nesquehoning residence.

Tonya Jean Napolitano, 35, and Harry Kuhlman Stahl, 46, both of Nesquehoning, are facing charges after police found drugs and drug paraphernalia at their residence.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Jim Thorpe police, a search warrant was executed on April 12 at the West Center Street home.

Both suspects were taken into custody after a search of the property revealed a black and silver box containing approximately 205 wax baggies containing suspected fentanyl, a small amount of methamphetamine and $160 cash with a ledger attached. There were also numerous syringes, cut straws, several thousand empty wax baggies, and several glass pipes.

Napolitano admitted that all controlled substances were hers and that she would sell the heroin/fentanyl daily. She told police she would sometimes have her boyfriend, Stahl, deliver the drugs.

Napolitano and Stahl are both charged with one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor unlawful possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both are currently confined in the Carbon County prison after failing to post $75,000 bail.
