Incidents investigated by state police

State police at Lehighton reported investigating the following incidents.

• Troopers said on Sunday at 2:50 p.m., they responded to Trachsville Hill Road in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, to a report of items taken from a vehicle. The victims were a 46-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, both from Kunkletown. The vehicle entered was a 2018 Nissan. No other details were released by troopers relative to what was taken.

• A mischief incident was reported on Sunday. A 52-year-old man from Weissport, Carbon County, reported that someone spray-painted his 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup while parked along Franklin Street. The incident occurred sometime between 2:30 p.m. on Saturday and 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.

• Troopers are investigating a burglary at a barn on the property in the 900 block of Summer Mountain Road in East Penn Township. Miscellaneous items were removed. The incident was reported on April 4 at 8:29 a.m. The investigation is continuing.
