April 9, 2012 — Lauren Campbell slugs a grand slam during an eight-run sixth inning to help Palmerton rally for an 11-8 Colonial League softball win over Catasauqua. The Blue Bombers, coached by Glen Reimer, trail 6-2 until Janel Tracy drills her second solo homer of the game in the home fifth. An inning later, Steph Brinker hits a two-run homer to tie the score and Campbell comes up with her big hit to give Palmerton a comfortable lead. Ashley Lalik collects three hits in the win, while Sierra Miller adds two hits and an RBI.
