Schuylkill County Human Resources Director Deborah Twigg announced the following personnel changes:

At the Schuylkill County Prison, Captain Michael Flannery, Ashland retired effective April 2; Michael Buchanan, Pottsville, was promoted from Lieutenant to Caption, effective April 3. Buchanan will be paid $66,806 annually, as per union contract.
