State police at Frackville reported investigating the following incidents:

• A break-in occurred at a residence in the 200 block of Market Street in the village of Cumbola, Blythe Township. Someone removed several linear feet of copper tubing from the home. The residence is unoccupied and owned by M&M Mortgage Services of Miami, Flordia. The entry was discovered on Feb. 27 at 1:12 p.m.

• State police are investigating a criminal mischief incident. A Pottsville man reported that someone smashed the passenger side window on his 2002 Honda Civic while parked on property of the Reading Anthracite Coal Company, off West Mount Laffee and Darkwater roads, in New Castle Township. The incident occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.
