Lehigh Carbon Community College will hold a variety of noncredit exercise classes for fitness and recreation this semester. The following dance classes will be held at Parkway Manor Elementary School, 768 Parkway Road, Allentown.

Two dance classes will be offered for couples only, for a fee of $79 per person. Both recommend a flat shoe or one with low, wide heels.

Ballroom Sampler teaches the basics in Fox Trot, Single-Step Swing and Rumba, all from the Big Band era.

Class will be held Tuesdays, April 2-23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Learn the East and West Coast Swing, Hustle and Country Two-Step in the Social Dance Sampler class, which emphasizes the lead-follow technique. Class runs Tuesdays, May 7-28, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
