Numerous guns, along with other items, were reported stolen in a Carbon County burglary.

State police at Lehighton said a home along Deer Lane, in Towamensing Township, was entered sometime between 10 p.m. Jan. 15 and 1:05 p.m. on Jan. 16. An all-terrain vehicle and a chain saw were also taken.

Troopers are also investigating a device fraud incident. A 17-year-old boy from Saylorsburg reported on Wednesday that he lost $400 in a scam that involved someone posing as PayPal customer service.
