State police at Lehighton reported a Carbon County man has been cited for harassment — physical contact.

Troopers said Nicholas Cantelmi, 29, of Jim Thorpe, was cited for an incident on Wild Cherry Avenue in Penn Forest Township at 3:49 p.m. on Nov. 20.

Troopers say he struck a 62-year-old woman on her arm. Charges were filed.
