At the Panther Valley school board reorganization meeting Thursday night, Wayne Gryzik was reappointed as president. He has served since February 2017, when he was appointed to the position.

The vote was unanimous, 6-0, with Keith Krapf, Justin Foster and Steven Foster absent.

The board also reappointed Gary Porembo as vice president by a unanimous vote.

William Mansberry, who was appointed to a seat on the board last year, was named treasurer.

Mansberry replaces Irene Genther, who will still serve on the board. Genther seconded the motion to name Mansberry as treasurer.

The board meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. at Panther Valley Intermediate School, with committee meetings taking place as needed.
