Large blood drives like those hosted in Palmerton are essential to the continued blood supply to local hospitals. Donated blood has a shelf life, and this time of year is especially important to get donors out.

Donors are reminded that they can register online at www.giveapint.org and schedule their donation times. Donors can save time by completing the donor history questionnaire before your donation with iScreen from the registration page.
