Break-in, theft, incidents probed

State police at Lehighton reported on burglary, a theft and mischief incidents being investigated by troopers.

A break-in occurred at a residence along Blackberry Lane, Jim Thorpe, in Penn Forest Township. Troopers said dishware and a diamond ring were removed from the home. The incident was reported on Friday around 8 p.m.

A 26-year-old man form Old Orchard Road in Lehighton reported a television and Xbox were missing from his residence. The incident was reported on Oct. 22 at 8:49 p.m.

A 67-year-old resident of West Lizard Creek Road in East Penn Township, Carbon County, reported someone driving a black sedan drove onto the front lawn of his property causing an estimated $200 in damages.
