Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Theft:

Charles Bryant, 49, Allentown, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, and simple trespass, for an incident Aug. 8 in the 200 block of Lafayette Avenue.

Possession of drug paraphernalia:

William Moyer, 39, Bowmanstown, was charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Oct. 11 in the 800 block of Columbia Avenue.

Nicholas Bock, 26, Lehighton, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence, for an incident Sept. 21 in the 500 block of Mauch Chunk Road.

Isaias Martinez, 22, Palmerton, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Sept. 13 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Tammy Reph, 41, Slatington, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident Oct. 7 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI:

Craig Hull, 49, Walnutport, was charged with DUI, for an incident Oct. 7 in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft:

Michael Wensel, 42, Jim Thorpe, was charged with retail theft, for an incident Sept. 26 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Lori Allen, 57, Kunkletown, was charged with retail theft, for an incident Oct. 23 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

False ID:

Kari McCoy, 30, Pittston, was charged with false ID to law enforcement, flight to avoid apprehension, simple trespass, and scattering rubbish, for an incident Oct. 11 in the 800 block of Columbia Avenue.

Citations:

Police also issued three citations for speeding, four for vehicle violations, and one traffic violation.
