Pleasant Valley graduate Dean Krcic was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference’s Eastern Division Special Teams Athlete of the Week after Kutztown’s 48-33 victory over Gannon.

The redshirt sophomore finished the contest with six punts for a total of 278 yards and an average of 46.3. The Saylorsburg native booted a touchback and three beyond 50 to tie his career-long of 62.

Through four games this season, the former kicker and punter for the Bears is averaging 42.2 yards per punt with six of his 16 punts ending up inside the 20-yard line.
